I’m Penny.
I’m a parent, just like you. I understand deeply just how hard the parenting struggle can feel. I know how judgemental, lonely and all-consuming motherhood can be, and my mission is to break that down and help you understand what is best for you and your child so that you both grow knowing how to trust yourself and each other.

After years of therapy, CBT, life coaching, and various other healing practices, I embarked on a journey to uncover my authentic self and learn how to feel better. Becoming a parent in 2017 was the turning point that inspired me to address my own triggers on a deeper level so I wouldn’t pass my anxieties onto my son. I realised I couldn’t teach him self-belief and emotional resilience without first embodying those qualities myself.
This journey led me to become a conscious parent coach and I love it! Witnessing and helping others to uncover their limiting beliefs, prioritise their own wellbeing, reconnect with their kids and loved ones again and break free from societal pressures is such a privilege that I never take for granted.
My life has transformed, and I believe the best gift we can give our children is a parent who is confident, self-aware, and joyful.

My story
I’m a mother, animal and yoga lover, and passionate about human behaviour.
As a deeply empathetic and highly sensitive person, I spent years feeling ashamed of my emotions, believing they were a weakness. This led to struggles with mental health and I was medicated as a child for ‘stress’ and spent much of my life suppressing my feelings.
Since learning all I have and seeing the impact it has had in my own life, I I have a deep desire to help others uncover their limiting beliefs and follow their own unique parenting path.
