The question all parents want to know the answer to - how do you raise confident kids? Let me first challenge the narrative of what is deemed as confidence within society, and what confidence is not.

One of the most difficult parts of being a parent coach is the misconception of what parent coaching actually is.  I will start by saying what a parent coach is NOT.

People have their own opinions and judgements about what raising a child should look like, and it feels unsafe for our nervous systems to go against what we're used to. Many people genuinely believe that they 'turned out fine' - usually based on their finances, job title or how compliant their children are, so why on earth would you want to bring your own children up in a different way? It makes total sense.

The million dollar question that all parents wish they knew the answer to! And hey, I’m not going to sell you the guaranteed answer – and if anyone ever tries to, then that is a major red flag!

The reality is, we can only do our best with what we know.
